Question Internet very slow when i turn on my pc.

Hello ive had this strange problem for a while now,everytime i turn on my pc the connection is very very slow which means i cant use google it acts like there's no internet. what i do to fix it is go to network connections and turn the adapter off and on a couple times i have to turn it on and off like 5+times for it to work, my brother has a pc too and he doesnt have the same problem we both use cables.

after i turn the adapter on and off it works and everything is back to normal.

this happens everytime i turn on my pc and its starting to get annoying, any help is appreciated thanks.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information

Look in Reliability History for any error codes, warnings, or informational events that correspond with the failed connection attempts.

Try another known working Ethernet cable between your pc and the router.

Reinstall the network adapter's drivers. Reconfigure for your wired network.

Run "ipconfig /all" without quotes via the Command Prompt and post the results.
