Internet wifi problems

Lost conection with my WIFI after the reset the only device i could conect to was my laptop.
But meanwhile my other laptop cannot find the conection anymore same goes with my cellphone.
(Cellphone keeps asking for password when i enter it it keeps saying wrong password).

Couple of questions for you.

1. When you say reset, did you do a full factory reset or just power cycle it?
2. If you did a full reset, did you reset it up with the same name and password as it had before?
