Internet won’t work

My PC is connected via Ethernet and doesn’t have a wireless network card. Earlier today I turned off my pc and when I turned it back on Twitter and twitch didn’t load and said that it took too long, I thought nothing of it and restarted my PC. When it turned back on the same problem happened except it was with more websites including this one and a bunch of other websites. I thought maybe it was just the websites because YouTube and Gmail worked just fine. I tried soo many different things and it didn’t fix it. The Ethernet port is flashing yellow and has a non flashing orange light as well. The Ethernet works on my ps4. I even went as far as factory resetting my pc and that didn’t help either. PLLSSS HELPPP
