Internet won't load select websites.

Yesterday all of a sudden my computer wouldn't load up a lot of websites. A lot of my favorite sites to visit now for whatever reason only load to a certain point than stop. The first picture is from Steam, the second is from a browser. It doesn't matter the browser, because it doesn't load on any I've tested. Does anyone know what's going on? This is very frustrating.
