internet dosen't work but steam chat does but steam store cant connect to the internet skype wont connet can't connet to my modem webpage and am conneted though Ethernet plz help.Thank in advance

Disconnect your computer from the internet.
Power off the computer.
Go to your modem and restart it (Should be a button on the back or side)
Turn on your computer.
