Question Internet

Hey, Ive been having this issue recently where i go a website it pops up like i don't have internet but i do. I refresh the page a couple times and it works. It does the same thing with an installer that uses internet Minecraft forge, java Etc. I have tried installing both new and previous firmware on my router. I have also tried to reinstall windows and the drivers.

Strange, difficult to reproduce issues, are sometimes related to IPv6. I would recommend that you disable IPv6 on your PC.

Question regarding:

What installer? Source?
