Question internett problem after rebooting my pc

I rebooted my pc today, so i could transfer my windows 10 from hdd to ssd.
After installing all my drivers, I plugin my usb adapter, and nothing happens. Any idea how to fix it?

Make sure the select the correct drivers from here. The Windows 8.1 drivers should work on windows 10.
