interrupt shutdown with pop up when power button is pressed

I am using Coolermaster box 5 chassis, the power button it has needs to be pressed very softly, It does not needs to push. and the usb ports are right beside it, so often the soft power button is pressed and pc is shut down, Is there any way to ask me in a popup after clicking power menu ?

In advanced settings for the power plan you could set the button to do nothing when pressed (while turned on of course).

You can disable the shutdown functionality of that button in the power options, and choose what the power buttons do. and you can set it to "Do Nothing"

I need this just to prevent inadvertent shutdowns, but rest of the time I need to shutdown normally, I know the trick, but is not there any 3rd party software to do that ?
