Interrupted windows update

Hello.
I managed to shutdown my pc While it was installing a New windows update. Now my computer wont turn on, getting No signal on screen when o start it up. Using w7. Im guessing I Have to reformat but how to I do that when I cant get into boot options?

Does the monitor show anything, when you startup your system?

I get nothing. Trying to press f8 to get boot options but screen stays black.

Well if you're getting nothing on screen then you've bigger problems than a broken windows install.

Happened after the pc shutdown during an automatic windows update.

Ideas?
