interrupts CPU BUGs ? help me

Big problem - Toshiba satellite A300
interrupts CPU usage 100% ????
tried
no hard disk
ram changed
no CD ROM
no w-LAN
processor changed
disable t-pad
disable Intel dynamic accretion
no keyboard
disable built-in-LAN
No Bluetooth
update bios ver to 1.8 ( can back it to 1.5 )
power changed


tried os mini win xp - windows 7

any one can help me ????
