Question Invalid file bios asrock ab350pro4

So i updated bios 1 day
and my pc restarted i was like wierd asumed it was a glitch or something ;-;
it started happening more and more
(this is also my main pc/gaming pc)
i narrowed it down to ram psu or motherboard bios
but psu nah its new and seems fine underload
ram ??? probbally not it was working fine
motherboard bios yes
i tried to go back to a "safe bios" for my cpu
and what do you know
INVALID FILE
yes ive cleared my cmos by removing the battery on my motherboard
(cpu is amd ryzen 5 1400)
ive tried getting support on tech powerup and linus tech tips discord
i havent tried methods on tech power up but they are ram or clearing cmos
which ive done
ive watched videos on reseting bios which is taking out the battery leaving it there for about 15 mins also moving some pin thing
then holding the power button for 15 secs then put everything back to normal
but that will just set default settings
not attchally revert to orginal bios
can i get any help
im tired of this restarting
while sending large video files threw email
even uploading youtube videos
heck ive gone from a almost all the time google user to new microsoft edge
hoping it will act better on microsoft edge
(probbally not tho havent tried those things yet)
but can i get any help?

well i havent done the ram methods i only have 1 stick of 8gb
(yes i want more ram)
but im not getting more rn
