Hi

How did you create the linux boot disk?

what operating system is currently on the hard disk?

problem could be the USB boot disk or it is trying to boot from existing hard disk first

Is error message from USB Linux disk after it boots up or from PC BIOS or UEFI

If modern PC with UEFI has secure boot been turned off?

What is Dell PC model (and desktop or laptop)

Sorry for the late reply

The current OS on the computer is W10

The error actually comes from both UEFI and Legacy. Legacy says invalid partition table and in Uefi it says unknown filetype.

The laptop is not nodern. So its on legacy.

I do not know the model at this moment.
