Inwin H-Frame Mini Red: 180W for A10-7890K+R7 250?

As someone who's had an APU through thick and thin, I wanted to do one last build with the FM2+ platform before I shove off for Kaby Lake/Ryzen shores. I saw a really nice case called the Inwin H-Frame Mini, and I'm currently negotiating with a guy on HardForums to get it. My problem is that I've made sure the parts will fit, including the graphics card, but the internal PSU only support 180W. I know that CPUs require more power the higher the clock speed gets, and I also know that Tom's Guide said that the 7890K could occasionally consume as much as 125W when running at full tilt, with the CPU and iGPU. Is there a chart I can use to reduce the CPU clock speed by just enough that I wouldn't have to slash GPU frequencies, but keep the most performance?

Partlist list is here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/PGQqJV

Estimated max power draw is 235W, which means I'll need to cut 60W or so.

You just can't run that setup. You also can't upgrade that psu. I'm sorry to say but not matter what you do it's not going to work in it's current config. I recommend you get rid of the r7 250 and just run on the igpu.

You're telling me that there's no way I can cut clockspeeds to do this? So far, I've gotten it to run on a PicoPSU 160XT.

Problem is that that cpu is already a lower end one. The moment you decide to run something intensive on it unless you downclock it a lot the psu will be overloaded. The best thing you can do is get rid of the r7 250 then you can run it at full speed. The gpu in the a10 is as good as the 250 anyways.
