IO shield stuck to motherboard

I was installing my mobo into my computer case when I noticed that the clamps on the DVI port got stuck and my mobo jammed in with the IO shield and now I cant even take it out. I already tried to wiggle it out but no luck so far .

You will have to remove the motherboard, bent back the prongs, then replace MB.
