IO shield tabs... push them in or out?

No idea what to do with these tabs. They're pushing the i/o shield outwards.

Any thoughts?

Remove the motherboard first. Each shield tab should be pushed in and out of the way before reinstalling the motherboard.

The tabs dont matter as long as they are not in the way. If they are pressing too hard, bend them flatter, otherwise it dosent really matter.

Thanks. I just left them as they are. They're not blocking any ports anyway.
