Iomega folder wont show suddenly on my mac

I have been using my Iomega external harddrive for the last 3 months on my mac. Last night I was rearranging some folders on it and suddenly it stopped working. I unplugged it and plugged it back in, and it won't recognize the device. Please help!

The same thing has just happened to my Iomega harddrive, one moment it was working, i changed laptops (mac again) and it wouldn't register.. please someone respond!
