One of the harddisks in our server (Iomega StorCenter px12-450r ) was giving an error and we want to buy a new one to replace it.
So, can we use Encryption-capable disks (Hitachi model: HUS724040ALE641 ) for my storage without any problem?

Currently there are 8 disks from non-encryption ones (Hitachi model:HUS724040ALE640) in a RAID 5 array.
and I know it is not among the compatible disks, but I couldn't find it in our country.

You should stick to drives that are in your compatibility list. Also, you should make sure that if all the disks are the same make and model, you should replace the failing drive with the same make and model.
