Iomega zip 100 driver disks?

A friend of mind has some Iomega zip 100 drive several disk that has pictures that is Mac formatted and would like to know is there anyway for him to save it to PC? I had bought him a new factory sealed off eBay but now he's worried he can't save the pictures to his PC. I would appreciate any feed back cause if he can't save them to the PC them I will have to sell it.

Do you have a Mac that can read it?
If the system can actually read and display the images, upload to somewhere like flickr or imgur first. Then download to the PC.

The photos themselves should be able to be read by any system - it's the Mac disk that a PC cannot read. What you need is to transfer the photo's themselves onto a flash disk then put that flash disk into the PC - it should be able to 'see' them.
