Question IP Address Getting Blacklisted

I have a client who's Public IP keeps getting blacklisted. I've virus scanned all the machines and am happy they are clean, I picked up some pups but nothing serious.

Interserver Reports Sources Of Spam
Spam-based Blacklists are those that will list either single IP Addresses or entire ranges that have actually received Spam, i.e. Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE) in their Spamtraps from an IP-Address. This could be a result of a compromised email account, an Open Relay, or simply sending mass emails / marketing and not following best practices according to the "CAN-SPAM Act of 2003" (ref: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CAN-SPAM_Act_of_2003)

Any tips on how to fight this would be appreciated. Judging by the blacklist entries they seem to steering toward spamming. Are there any tools I can use to narrow down where this problem is originating?

Those "blocklist" links are not presently working.

I believe that it is a violation of Forum rules to help you "fight" or otherwise get around the blacklisting problem.

Your client (or you on your client's behalf) needs to contact the website(s) blacklisting those/your client's Public IP's.
