Ip conflict occuring constantly Help!

Hello, I have been having a terrible network issue with my computer. Once in while for every few minutes my connection stops working. I first get this pop up that says windows has having an ipconflict. Then, after that follows with a bunch of limited access or unable to identify internet connection.

This issue was starting to get me really frustrated right in the middle of work and all of a sudden the internet stops working so, I started to find my own solutions.

1: I tried turning off and on the router. (No difference)

2: I used windows trouble shooter as an administrator. (Still no luck)

3: I ran command prompt as an administrator and tried to type the following:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

(I was given an error and no luck)

I've tried waiting for the issue to pass out and it did but, eventually it came back 30 minutes later.

I'm getting tired of this and want a solution. I need someone to help me!

I do not use a static ip address.

I have notice that my internet connection becomes very slow after it recovers from the error.

Have you set any static ip addresses? Ip conflicts usually happen when your DHCP server in your router gives out a private ip address to a device that is already in use by another device in your house. So in simple terms your you are trying to use the same ip address on two different devices in your house that connect to the internet so your cell phone, computer, game console, tablet anything. Try disconnecting everything from the internet but the computer getting the ip conflict and see if it still happens turn wifi off on all phones and devices, etc.

No, I do not use a static ip address because, I see no point. I tried turning off all the devices yet, still the problem occurs. An extra thing that I forget to mention is that after every ip conflict, limited access, and no connection error. I have notice my internet connection becomes slow slow that it is hard to even browse google.

The only way an ip conflict can occur is if you have to devices on your home network using the same IP address. And since I have never heard of DHCP handing out two of the same ip addresses, their must be a static ip set on one of the devices in your home that connects to the internet.

I might have a band aid fix for this. Open command prompt, without the quotes type "ipconfig /release" press enter then type "ipconfig /renew" . This will force DHCP to give you a different ip address however if that does work it will only be temporary, because DHCP will probably hand out that conflicting ip address again to one of the devices in your house and it will occur all over again.

Sorry for the late reply but, as you can see on the original post above, I have already tried that method. Nothing happens. No, none of my devices are on a static ip address. I've worked with computer science myself and I have had no currently working solutions. I'm aware of the cause for an ip conflict yet, none of my fixes work. This is why I am here, to find someone who knows a solution to this. It gets frustrating when someone just skims through my threads which, doesn't help. Well, thanks for trying to help anyways.
