Hi

Ive been printing some DVDR's and after printing i have circular scratch
marks on the other side of the disc.

I'm guessing it must be the discs fault not the printer. But any ideas why
i would get lots of circular
marks? I'm using Datawrite Printable DVDR from svp.

Has anyone else come across this?

Are you sure the scratch appears only after the printing process? It
may have been there prior to printing, either from the manufacturing
process, while in storage (if kept on a spindle), if they have already
been written to, during the writing process.

A circular scratch can occur if the recorder has something abrasive in
it, possibly something on the tray, or elsewhere.
