iPad pro won't charge while in use

So I just bought a iPad pro today and when the battery was low I put it on the charger that it came with and I was watching Hulu while it was on the charger but I won't charge it still discharges and also discharges while playing different games if anyone can help that would be great thank you

Contact Apple for support, they can figure out if it's an issue and help you. Since it's new and in warranty, no need to try to mess around with it.
