iPad screen replacement

Hello all,

I'm going to attempt to replace my iPad screen since it's cracked. I've found a suction cup tool that makes the job easier. Is this in fact better than using a heat gun and prying the screen up?

You are still going to need a heat gun/ hair dryer. The screen is actually glued down and you won't get it without melting the glue enough to actually release.
