ipconfig cmd popping up

I don't know why but for some reason my ipconfig cmd is keep popping and then disappears in the cmd it showing windows/system32/ipconfig. Can anyone help me with this problem

Press your Wndows key and R together then in the Run box type
cmd /k ipconfig /all
and hit teh Enter key.

That brings up the command form with all the information you want.

While gaming or doing any important work in my PC this CMD Prompt black box appears and suddenly dissappears within a second.This disturbed me a lot.
If you are facing this problem follow the steps given in the link above

If you are not facing this problem you will get this bug after one of the updates.
