for crying out loud, apple, just release the f...ing phone unlocked and jailbroken already and everyone will benefit from it...well, except the locusts at AT&T... Just sell the device as is and let customers decide if they want to join this or that network...

Just Apple? The whole mobile market in the whole world should go the European trend, but sadly for all consumers everywhere (except China maybe, but they have their own problems and firewalls) it is going the opposite way...

I agree...iPhone is a great tool to break someone from jail. Just set the iPhone up on the window of a Jail cell and let the sun light slighlty hit it...and "BOOM"...Jailbroken.
