so, this is the story: my dad found an iphone5 at work, 4 months ago. nobody came for it since then, it was powered on, and i think it had the findmyiphone thing on. so, we decided to take it, and now we're stuck because we dont have a pass for it, and i dont really want to return it to the owner, i wanna take it ^^ so how do i remove anything that connects that phone to the previous user, appleid and that stuff? and i need to do a factory reset. thanks for understanding

Sure youll get tons of understanding here for stealing someone elses phone *s*. Give it back to the guy who lost it you thief. No one here is going to assist you in bypassing someone else security. And slap your dad for setting a bad example.
