Iphone 5c problem

I'd like to make factory reset to my phone, but it's screen doesn't respond to touch, home button doesn't work and usb cable is broken.
If i buy a new usb cable, then is there a way i can reset my phone through itunes or something or i can do it without the cable.

Outside of taking it to an apple store, you will need a cable to hook it up to iTunes and reset it.

You will need to buy a new USB cable. Plug your iPhone into your PC and open itunes.

Open the phone tab, just click "Restore" or "Restore from backup".
