iPhone Email Not Synching

Hello Guys,

I have an office 365 account for my email, I have configured my computer, laptop and iPhone to use the email account. If I delete and email on my laptop/desktop I can still see it within my mailbox on my phone, but on other devices it is ok. I have checked the sync settings and all set up ok.

It's the new IOS 10 and it is an exchange account not POP or IMAP.

It was my laptop that was not syncing correctly, I ran an update for Outlook for MAC and that has sorted the issue, would delete the thread but worth keeping just incase someone has the same issue.
