iPhone Hardware Help?!

So two things here. First, I need to find somewhere that I can get a good but cheap iPhone 6 screen with the digitizer. Anyone know where to get one? Secondly, my flash on my phone is broken. It works 100% fine unless you go to take a picture with flash. When you take a picture, it does the first flash or whatever, than when it goes to take the picture, the final flash is on for .5 seconds, making it useless and not help the picture. Any ideas?

Digitizer are easily to find in amazon. I would get one with good reviews. Off timing flash? Try restoring the device it might that issue.
