iPhone wont turn on

So I dropped my iPhone 6 a while back in water, it was only in the water for a split second, but now my iPhone only turns on when it's plugged in and the screen is mostly black with tiny white dots.

Anyway of fixing this?

Nope. Should have tried to take care of it as soon as it fell in water with either putting it in rice for a few days or silica packs, etc. If it's "been a while" then it's toast.
