[SOLVED] IPhone X Activate Lock help!!!!

So my oldest brother gave me this iPhone that was one of his friends that had given him it. I replaced the screen but when i tried to do the setup it says activate lock is there a way to fix this without their apple id??? Ive ended up spending 80 dollars on the screen!
