[SOLVED] ipod 5th gen with broken home button unresponsive

My iPod 5th gens home button is broken and my iPod is unresponsive. Its a black screen with my assistive touch. I can take screenshots, go around assistive touch, turn it on and off, and I can play sounds from it (my notifications and find my iPhone beeps)

There are places where they will fix that stuff, that's probably your only option

Be careful who you get it fixed by! You don't want to fall prey to the dreaded Error 53.
