Thank you for your answer, however I decided to just disable the said programme. without (up till now anyway) any problems. I think the link you provided was more for the purchase of "REIMAGE REPAIR" but thanks for taking the time to answer.

Looks like it belongs to Visual Studio. Which can be disabled in services
