IPS 1440p Monitor for games arround 400-450 euros?

First of all I don't care for 1ms/144Hz TN panels that are for competitive gaming. I play games like witcher3, tomb raider, modded skyrim etc. I just want the best color output. Also It would be nice if ghosting is not noticeable or heavy. I'd prefer 25" for the sharpness and less space they need.

It looks good but the stand seems to be a joke. Stands like this one, hollow circular, I had with them always problems because monitors where a bit shaky especially when I was typing fast.

I had circular one before, but not hollow, and had no shaking issues. But if you had the experience then try another monitor...Dell U2515H. I still own an Ultrasharp monitor (7yrs old) and it is great quality. Check out this one:
