Hi. I purchased DELL S2722DC IPS monitor some days ago.
This monitor comes with default setting of brightness at 75% and contrast at 75%. Picture was too bright for me so I decided to lower setting. One setting that is comfort to me is to have brightness at 45% and contrast at 45%. But having this setting produces bad viewing angles. Is the result shown in pictures acceptable to you? All of you that have IPS monitors, if you lower brightness and contrast to similar values like me, do you get the same results at similar viewing angle while your view is a little higher than monitors top side? If someone has the same model, it would be helpful to try my settings and give me feedback. Should I return this monitor back to seller? (Viewing angles are better at default settings)
