i m looking for a monitor in 200 250 euro but i cant decide cause ips has nice screen but low Hz tn has 144hz but no good screen.
in 75 hz i m ok ?
now i ll go with rx 580 .
but for future upgrades i m ok ?
i must take a 144hz and no ips ?
or an ips with 75hz and freesync?
and what resolution ?
1440p?
24'' or 27''
you have some good in mind?
really i m confused

Solution
VA is a compromise between IPS and TN, yes. It has the better viewing angles and some color reproduction of IPS, and the capability of fast refresh like TN. (Though nothing really rivals TN for speed)
Obviously the biggest factor there is price. And you are looking at the cheaper end of things.

The RX580 itself is a decent card, but really only capable of 1080p high refresh rates. 1440p is more in the RX Vega and GTX 1070 and up's territory.

Freesync is certainly desirable with an AMD graphics card, though it doesn't really have to factor into your decision.

Typically you won't find high refresh rate IPS/PLS panels. VA panels are what you commonly see referred to as IPS high refresh rate displays.

24" 1080p is ideal. 27" 1080p doesn't have the proper pixel density. And as previously mentioned your card isn't really suited to 1440p.

75hz isn't that significantly different from 60hz to matter, but it is an option.

This would be my recommendation:

A decent 144hz TN panel with a nice stand. You didn't specify country, so I looked at the listings for Germany, your prices may vary.
