IPS vs MVA vs TN. Whats the difference?

I'm looking to buy a 4K monitor, mainly for 4K gaming. I've looked at the different screen types, but I cant really tell which one is best, and what the difference is. So my question is:

What is better for gaming? MVA, IPS or TN? And what's the difference between them?

In general, people will tell you that the IPS has better color rendition, and the TN has faster response rate.

I say it matters FAR more the specific monitor.
It is quite easy to get a TN panel with better color rendition than an IPS.

Im currently looking at this one: Acer XB321HK Predator 32" 4K

It has the IPS panel, and overall looks like a pretty solid 4K monitor. What do you think about it?

My only concern is that the response time is 4ms. Will I notice any difference when going from a 1ms monitor (my current) and going to a 4ms? Or is it basically the same?

Unless you have bionic eyes, you will see no difference between 1ms and 4ms.
