Here is a background. Win2000 servers with win2000, XP
and NT4 desktops. Trying to go secure. Set up test bed
with a Root CA. GPO to issue IPSec Certificates.
Everthing seemed to work but NT systems no connectivity.
DCs And Members set to Require Security.
Any sugestions???

That IPSEC has never really worked well and it is something that I would
not let run on my machines. Try turning off the IPSEC service.
