IPv6 no internet

I bought new broadband Wi-Fi to use to my laptop but I don't know why I can't use it.. it shows IPv4 has internet while IPv6 has no internet access.. thus I tried using this Wi-Fi to my phone but here it works very fine. Can you please help me. I really have to use Wi-Fi in laptop I have urgent assignments to submit. Thank you

It's fairly normal to have no IPv6 internet connection; it's not likely to be essential for another few years.

Do other devices on the same internet connection work fine?

What was the new device you bought?
