He is likely correct that amount of games that will support/use Raytracing and new DLSS antialias thing are likely sparse in next two years.
He is assuming all his points on what little has been told.
Actual 3rd party testing of Turing cards is not done.
Most he's basing his arguments on is price, "it costs too much"
which is based on guess-timate on possible performance of old vs new vs prices.
