"Iron Ships & Wooden Heads" - What issue of Wargames Illus..

I am looking for Tim Gow's rule set entitled "Iron Ships & Wooden
Heads." It is a World War I and World War II expansion of a rule set
called "De Bellis Navalis" which appeared in Wargames Illustrated 143.

Can someone tell me what issue of Wargames Illustrated "Iron Ships &
Wooden Heads" appeared? I would like to purchase both back issues so I
can have the complete set of rules...

It was also published in the Wargames Developments Journal 'The Nugget'.

I can't remember which issue of WI it was in but I helped playtest it and
I've got a reasonably up to date version in electronic form if you contact
me off list.
