What leads you to believe that Registry edits will fix whatever IRQ issues you may or may not be having?

What is the exact problem, and the exact error message you are getting?

None of my usbs detect a mouse or usb keyboard and in msinfo32 i jave over 20 conflicts to do with usb controllers
