IRQ Sharing? (Epox 8K7A+)

I've been getting into the fine tweaking of an already outstanding system and I noticed this yesterday when playing around in Win2k. This may not be a problem, but it sure sets my ISA-era reflexes twitching.

Here it is: Everyting plugged into my motherboard is using IRQ 11. I doubt that this can be good.

Here's the IRQ useage layout:

System Information report written at: 11-Aug-01 15:54:45
[IRQs]

IRQ Number Device
11 Not Available
11 ASUS V8200 Series v12.60
11 VIA USB Universal Host Controller
11 VIA USB Universal Host Controller
11 NETGEAR FA310TX Fast Ethernet Adapter (NGRPCI)
11 Creative SB Live! series(WDM)
11 HPT370 UDMA/ATA100 RAID Controller
9 Microsoft ACPI-Compliant System
8 System CMOS/real time clock
13 Numeric data processor
6 Standard floppy disk controller
4 Communications Port (COM1)
3 Communications Port (COM2)
12 PS/2 Compatible Mouse
1 ASUS OSD PS/2 Keyboard Filter Driver
14 VIA BM Ultra DMA Channel
15 VIA BM Ultra DMA Channel

Can someone please explain to me in small words why the heck it is doing this, does it matter and if it does, how the heck do I stop it with the 8K7A+/Win2k?

Thanks.
