[SOLVED] IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL BSOD while gaming, reason unclear

I am just playing phasmo with friends and am just given this error randomly for no reason, blue screen view is giving me ntoskrnl.exe as a filename.
If someone could help i can provide more information as well

try testing RAM with memtest to see if it is ok , if not try to clean install windows
