irql not less or equal bsod

I keep getting this bsod error when im running chear engine. sometimes it scans sometimes it doesn't

I can't read dump files but I have a program that can and it might show us the cause
Can you download and run who crashed: http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed
it will create a summary of the error(s) and might show cause

Copy/paste summary in here and I see what I can do

Shakes fist at sky... damn it, error is hiding behind windows, as often the error occurs on windows side of transaction.
