Question irql not less or equal, no signal/video

Hi, sorry for my poor english,
A month ago I put together my PC, during all this time everything was wonderful. Today I was watching a video on it, (I was literally not playing anything and the PC was not being demanded) and suddenly it threw the error "irql not less or equal". Now my pc turns on, the fans and all the rgb turns on, but it doesn't give a video signal, it looks black on my monitor (I tried changing the monitor too), does anyone have an idea how to fix it? It doesn't matter if I have to lose all the data on the pc to repair it. Thank you

My man, I know this is VERY late but I'm having the same issue! I don't know how to solve it yet though. I've tried remounting everything which goes into the motherboard, clearing CMOS and even using the BIOS update button on the mobo and that didn't solve it too! If you solved it please tell me, it would be godsent to know!
