IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Blue Screen

Around three weeks ago, I replaced my CPU because I fried my previous one. This weekend, my PC started bluescreening again with the errors "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" and UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP.

I'm fairly certain that it's not my drivers, since I just reinstalled Windows to see if it would fix it, so what could it be..?

cpu fry could also have fry board and ram so memtest them
