So today I had 2 IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD, both within 5 minutes of booting up. Now everytime I try to boot into my windows 7 in my ssd, my pc restarts. I am not able to boot into in safe mode but I am able to boot normally into my old copy of windows 7 on my other hard drive and I can see the files in my SSD. I have tried using chkdsk and windows repair on it and they both found 0 errors.

What do I do (other than reinstall)?

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL is usually hardware or driver related. As your other installation boots OK that narrows it down to the SSD or a driver within the OS installation on the SSD. Backup your SSD to your HDD and try and reinstall of windows on the SSD.
