IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD windows 10 please help

Hi guys. i keep getting the BSOD, it normally occurs when i try to download photoshop from the adobe cc app.
i have ran chkdsk and memtest which came back with no errors.

Thank you VJ. ill give it a go and see if it works, one more thing is running legacy the same as booting without third party programs like nvidias services.
so far no crashes will need to do further testing!

it was still crashing once i opened up my epson scanner software but i have come up with a fix, what happened is when i looked in the directory file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\ i could not find a nvlddmkm.sys file, so i located it on my computer and moved it there. so far no bsods
