IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Error in Windows 10

My PC has been crashing and giving me the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error recently, and it seems to only happen when I log onto the Steam Client.

I can't read dumps but this can, can you download and run who crashed - it will give us a glimpse of the errors you getting and might help us solve them

Copy/paste summary in here and I see what I can do

Do you use webroot secure anywhere filter driver? I would remove it as it is cause of that error. (http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-3166298/troubles-irql-equal.html)

its likely conflicting with the Asus software's desire to give game most bandwidth.

Which you remove is up to you, if you don't use the Asus software I would remove it as their software is also good at creating errors. webroot may be more useful in the long run.
