My PC has been crashing and giving me the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error recently, and it seems to only happen when I log onto the Steam Client.

Here's the latest dmp file:https://www.dropbox.com/s/kk1yckbj63myaao/072017-38015-01.dmp?dl=0

Thanks in advance for any help :)

Do you use webroot secure anywhere filter driver? I would remove it as it is cause of that error. (http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-3166298/troubles-irql-equal.html)

its likely conflicting with the Asus software's desire to give game most bandwidth.

Which you remove is up to you, if you don't use the Asus software I would remove it as their software is also good at creating errors. webroot may be more useful in the long run.
Yeah, I already have it, actually.

Here:
On Thu 7/20/2017 7:15:54 PM your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\072017-38015-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x14F960)
Bugcheck code: 0xA (0x56C21C0, 0x2, 0x0, 0xFFFFF803AFB59349)
Error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: MicrosoftR WindowsR Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that Microsoft Windows or a kernel-mode driver accessed paged memory at DISPATCH_LEVEL or above.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.
